Visit us: www.synterra.ca</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Work Location: Northern Ontario, Remote Location willing to relocate</p><p>Shifts: 2 weeks on 2 weeks&#160;off rotation, 12-hour shifts</p><p>Work Setting: Private security agency, construction site</p><p>Travelling:&#160;Employees pay their own way to get to the site.&#160;</p><p>On-Site: All accommodations on site are included at no cost to our guards.&#160;</p><p>Type of Assignments: Fixed post, Foot patrol, Patrol post, Vehicle patrol</p><p>Work Conditions: Outside, combinations of sitting, standing and walking</p><p><strong>Requirements&#160;</strong></p><p><strong>Documents:</strong></p><p>Valid Ontario Security Guard License</p><p>Valid First Aid Certificate</p><p>Valid Ontario Class G Driver&#8217;s License</p><p>Clean Criminal Record</p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>Spill response training is an asset</p><p>Languages: English or Bilingual (French)</p><p>Writing and Oral communication</p><p>Working well with others</p><p>Problem-solving</p><p>Decision making</p><p>Critical thinking</p><p>Job task planning and organizing</p><p>Significant use of memory</p><p>Computer skills in MS Office</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>Minimum of 6 months in security or relative field</p><p>The applicant must be legally entitled to work in Canada and&#160;to be 18 years old at the time of applying.&#160;</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>Full benefits after 3 months&#160;</p>",
