    "description": "<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>The Telecommunications Foreman will participate in the installation as well as oversee the installation and maintenance and inspection of Telecommunications Systems, processes and subcontractors.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Regular attendance at assigned location; may include A/Z office or other project site;</li>\r\n\t<li>Act as a team leader in the execution of Telecommunications work safely and with the objective of constructing a best in class product;</li>\r\n\t<li>Oversee and audit site safety and quality control programs;</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure all site safety work permits as defined within the Project Specific Safety Program are acknowledged and adhered to;</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate interface between project management and site operation participants in the execution of construction services;</li>\r\n\t<li>Oversee and coordinate any subcontractors work that may be working under the Telecommunications Division.</li>\r\n\t<li>Confirm the design intent with architectural, engineering, and consultants in accordance with Standard Project Control requirements;</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate field trade activities in accordance with the project schedule and help with developing the three week look ahead coordination schedules with all appropriate Project Team Participants;</li>\r\n\t<li>Attend all trade contractor weekly coordination meetings with Project Manager and/or Project Engineer;</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate equipment and specialty material deliveries and staging requirements;</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist with coordination and scheduled shut-downs as required to support any associated on-site operational requirements;</li>\r\n\t<li>Support constructability and value management analysis with best industry practices;</li>\r\n\t<li>Assess trade contractor earned value status with Project Management Team for monthly requisitions;</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain project as-built documentation and site coordination drawings;</li>\r\n\t<li>Establish work completion and punch lists in accordance with established Quality Control and Quality Assurance Programs;</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure field installation compliance with all technical specifications, approved shop drawings and submittals;</li>\r\n\t<li>Support interface with Client Representatives on pro-active customer centric basis;</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete associated Superintendent project control requirements in accordance to Corporate Standard Operating Practices and Procedures;</li>\r\n\t<li>Support field investigation analysis for potential claim / issue resolution practices with Project Team, as required;</li>\r\n\t<li>Support field close-out, commissioning, and validation requirements as defined with the Project Team;</li>\r\n\t<li>Insure the necessary equipment and materials are always available to support the field team so as to maximize productivity;</li>\r\n\t<li>Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify supervisors;</li>\r\n\t<li>Direct helpers or apprentices in appropriate tasks;</li>\r\n\t<li>Read and interpret blueprints, plans or specifications to determine work details or procedures;</li>\r\n\t<li>Must maintain strict adherence to safety rules and quality;</li>\r\n\t<li>Insure proper site housekeeping is always maintained;</li>\r\n\t<li>Interact with co-workers in an attentive courteous manner;</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
