Guided by values of compassion, courage, respect, and integrity, we work alongside people and their whānau to help them live their best lives.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role | Mō te tūranga</span><br>We are looking for caring and reliable <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Community Support Workers</span> to join our Health &amp; Disability team in the Te Whatu Ora Auckland area. You’ll support clients in their own homes with daily living tasks, personal care, and companionship helping them stay safe and independent.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do | Ngā mahi</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit clients in their homes and carry out support tasks (personal care, housework, shopping, etc.)</li>\n<li>Build positive relationships with clients and their families</li>\n<li>Maintain safety and use equipment correctly (PPE, hoists, etc.)</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with the team, reporting feedback, risks, or concerns</li>\n<li>Take part in ongoing training and development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for | Pūkenga me wheako</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compassion, reliability, and honesty with pride in your work</li>\n<li>Good communication skills (spoken and written English)</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently</li>\n<li>Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable vehicle</li>\n<li>Legally entitled to work in New Zealand (NZ Citizen &amp; Permanent Only)</li>\n<li>Availability for weekday and weekend shifts (see below)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Experience or qualifications in Health &amp; Wellbeing are a bonus, but not essential – full training provided.</em></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Hours Available | Ngā hāora mahi</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Permanent Full-Time Roles:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saturday &amp; Sunday shifts:<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> 7am – 1pm and 4pm - 8pm</span></li>\n<li>Monday - Friday shifts: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4pm - 8pm</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer | Ngā painga</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pay rate from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$24.24–$29.83 per hour</span>(depending on experience/qualifications)</li>\n<li>Mileage allowance</li>\n<li>Supportive, values-based work environment</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and career development</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you are trustworthy, caring, and want to make a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to apply</span><br>We are recruiting for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">several positions. </span>Please apply with your <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CV and cover letter</span>.</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">In your cover letter, please state what shifts you would prefer to work.</span></p>",
