(External Bench)</p><p><strong>Internship Program </strong>– Enhance and run the internship program, to include networking activities for interns and leadership, mentor the intern-driven charity event, organize end-of-internship presentations, etc.&#xa0; Handle all intern recruiting.</p><p><strong>Graduate Specialist Program</strong> – Recruit and track associates in the rotational development program.&#xa0; Align with leadership to organize the rotations and assist in final placement.</p><p><strong>Recruiting Support</strong> – Provide on-site recruiting support, as needed, to ensure a great candidate experience.</p>",
