    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Provides general nursing care to patients within scope of licensure.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Full-Time, 40 hours/week 8am-5pm. </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li> Utilizes the nursing process - assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to facilitate continuing health care to individuals, families, and community.</li> \n<li> Identifies common and recurring nursing needs of the patient.</li> \n<li> Recognizes the need for and performs routine office procedures and testing.</li> \n<li> Assists patients to achieve basic health care goals.</li> \n<li> Identifies patient education needs, providing instruction or referring appropriately.</li> \n<li> Assists staff in institutional quality improvement measures and office standards of practice.</li> \n<li> Provides telephone advice to patients per physician specific protocols; refers patients appropriately.</li> \n<li> Participates in staff meetings.</li> \n<li> Performs other duties as required or assigned.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Licensure/Certifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of NH required.</li> \n <li> Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required.</li>\n</ul>",
