We encourage you to learn more about opportunities with Pioneer Metal Finishing and join our team today!</p>\n<h2>Tổng quan về công việc</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Job Summary:  </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Receiving</strong> - Responsible for receipt of incoming materials, supplies, equipment, returned goods.  </p>\n<p><strong>Shipping</strong> - Responsible for preparing orders for physical shipments ensuring proper counts, labeling, packaging and the administration of paperwork.  Assures that proper shipping practices and requirements are followed.  </p>\n<p><strong>Material Handling</strong> - Assists in coordination of warehouse organization, neatness, and accessibility. Makes deliveries to customers when needed.  Loads and unloads chemicals and common carriers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Receiving:</strong></p>\n<p>• Check received goods to purchase orders, freight bills, delivery tickets, etc., against part number, quantity, description, weights, and sizes.</p>\n<p>• Report any discrepancies or damage to customer service.</p>\n<p>• Accurately hand or scale counts items.</p>\n<p>• Prepare purchase orders for subcontracting.  </p>\n<p>• Reacts to and expedites rush orders and other conditions that affect work output.</p>\n<p>• Fills out identification tag and attaches tag to product.</p>\n<p>• Distributes product to designated areas via forklift, pallet jack, etc. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shipping:</strong></p>\n<p>• Checks product to paperwork.</p>\n<p>• Uses discretion for packaging, depending on how the product is being shipped.</p>\n<p>• Determines how product is shipped.</p>\n<p>• Schedule common carriers to pick-up as needed.</p>\n<p>• Works with Shipping and Receiving/Traffic Supervisor to determine weekly stops via our truck with utmost efficiency.</p>\n<p>• Coordinates loading of PMF trucks to maximize truck efficiencies.</p>\n<p>• Fills out corresponding paperwork to accompany shipment.</p>\n<p>• Receives credit approval from Customer Service of any shipment that is under question.</p>\n<p>• Maintains necessary clerical records pertinent to the function.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Education/Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<p>• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Physical/Environmental Hazards:</u></strong></p>\n<p>• Sharp corners on skids, razor knives, sharp tools, ladders, moving heavy loads, forklift safety</p>\n<p>• Must be able to repetitively bend, lift, kneel and twist. </p>\n<p>• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.  </p>\n<p>• Must be able to climb stairs and maneuver a forklift.</p>\n<p>• Must be able to sit and stand at various times throughout the day.   </p>\n<p>•Frequent lifting, moving heavy carts. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay</strong></p>\n<p>Starting at $19.00/Hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong></p>\n<p>M-F  1:00pm-9:30pm </p>\n<h2>Tóm tắt lợi ích</h2>\n<p><em>We offer the following benefits to <strong>All Employees</strong> immediately upon hire:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Next-Day Pay: </strong>Don’t wait for payday; access your daily pay the next day!</li>\n <li><strong>Quarterly Incentive Program: </strong>Paid based on hours worked and business results</li>\n <li>Paid company holidays</li>\n <li>Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Wellness Program</li>\n <li>On-the-Job Training and Advancement Opportunities</li>\n <li>Employee Recognition and Rewards Program</li>\n <li>Fun Recognition Events and more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Full-Time Employees</em></strong><em> (30 + hours per week) may participate in the following benefits:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance (Eligibility begins on the 1stof the month, following your start date)</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off: </strong>80 Hours earned in your first year</li>\n <li>Access to Garner Incentive or a Health Savings Account up to $3,000 annually</li>\n <li>401(k) plan with a company match of up to 2% of bi-weekly contribution</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Accounts</li>\n <li>Company-paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n <li>Additional benefits for employee purchase: life insurance, critical illness, voluntary accident, and accidental death & dismemberment</li>\n <li>LiveHealth Online, virtual doctor visits</li>\n</ul>",
