      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience&nbsp;preferred&nbsp;</li>\n<li>MD Tree Expert License required.</li>\n<li>MD or VA Pesticide license required</li>\n<li>CTSP and/or ISA Certification desired but not required&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Management and sales experience in the tree care industry experience preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Successful candidates will excel in logistics and have experience in the day-to-day operations of a business, preferably in the tree care or landscape industries&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, prior experience training employees is preferred</li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills: must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and management</li>\n<li>A clean/valid driver’s license&nbsp;</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
