Position: Cook Department: Steakhouse

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will create a personalized moment for our guests.
If you are willing to take on this responsibility, then check out what you will be doing. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:
Planning, preparing, and cooking food Items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for guests.
Displaying and encouraging teamwork to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Maintaining company cooking standards and assume responsibility for assigned station(s) individually or in support of others.
What we can’t train is what’s inside of you.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:
Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods.
Attention to detail in order to maintain unit’s appearance and operating standards.
Minimum of one to two years gourmet culinary experience preferred.
