You will provide services in a residential program, foster home or one of our satellite offices. You will work within our Residential and Foster care settings that serve children who have been removed from the care of their parents or guardians due to abuse and neglect. You will provide individual and Family psychotherapy to children and families to help manage trauma and address issues that impact permanence in their lives. You will report to the clinical supervisor or Clinical Director. You will work onsite and in the community.</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Provide assessment, treatment planning, and general counseling for children in foster care</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and families, when needed</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Conduct specialized risk assessments</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Consult with other staff involved in the care of the child and families</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Participate in supervision</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Provide direct therapy to clients based on the agreed upon service targets.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Have regular communication/meeting with birth families around progress/problems of children in care and how to support them in and work towards permanency.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Provide regular case documentation for all children and families on workload including assessments, progress notes and treatment planning.</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\"><strong>Requirements and Education:</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Master&#39;s degree in&nbsp;social work or related mental health field with one year of &nbsp;related experience required.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Professional licensure required: (LMSW with 3 years&#39; experience, LMHC/LMHC-D, LMFT/LMFT-D, LCAT, LCSW)</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">3 years post Masters&#39; Degree with limited permit accepted.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Valid NYS driver&#39;s license required</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\"><strong>Benefits</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria, serif\">EAP</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Sick Leave</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">401 (K) plan</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Free training/CEU opportunities</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Northern Rivers Family of Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
