Description

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a  Financial Analyst  to join us. Location: Limassol or Nicosia Main tasks and responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of ongoing real estate development projects, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular analysis, insights, and reports to senior management. Track project performance against approved budgets, identify variances, and analyze underlying drivers to support informed decision-making. Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to forecast project cash flows, identify funding requirements, and support effective cash flow management. Prepare high-quality presentations and reporting materials for investors and Board members, highlighting project performance, key developments, risks, opportunities, and KPIs. Support the evaluation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), and strategic partnerships through financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and transaction support. Prepare investment appraisals and feasibility studies to support investment decisions. Analyze project capital structures and evaluate financing alternatives to optimize funding strategies and returns. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Technical, Sales, Legal, and Executive Management, to support project execution, capital allocation, and strategic investment initiatives. Requirements for the position: Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in investment analysis, real estate finance, or corporate finance. Strong financial modeling skills, with expertise in ROI analysis and project valuation. Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken). CFA / ACA / ACCA professional qualification Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, including complex financial models, advanced formulas, pivot tables and Power Query. Ability to identify investment risks and opportunities, providing clear financial recommendations Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level reporting.
