Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Analyst </span>to join us.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Limassol or Nicosia<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Main tasks and responsibilities:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of ongoing real estate development projects, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular analysis, insights, and reports to senior management.</li>\n<li>Track project performance against approved budgets, identify variances, and analyze underlying drivers to support informed decision-making.</li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to forecast project cash flows, identify funding requirements, and support effective cash flow management.</li>\n<li>Prepare high-quality presentations and reporting materials for investors and Board members, highlighting project performance, key developments, risks, opportunities, and KPIs.</li>\n<li>Support the evaluation of mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A), joint ventures (JVs), and strategic partnerships through financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and transaction support.</li>\n<li>Prepare investment appraisals and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.</li>\n<li>Analyze project capital structures and evaluate financing alternatives to optimize funding strategies and returns.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Technical, Sales, Legal, and Executive Management, to support project execution, capital allocation, and strategic investment initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements for the position:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.</li>\n<li>A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in investment analysis, real estate finance, or corporate finance.</li>\n<li>Strong financial modeling skills, with expertise in ROI analysis and project valuation.</li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken).</li>\n<li>CFA / ACA / ACCA professional qualification</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, including complex financial models, advanced formulas, pivot tables and Power Query.</li>\n<li>Ability to identify investment risks and opportunities, providing clear financial recommendations</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level reporting.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>At <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">bbf:</span>, our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">values </span>shape everything we do.</span></p>\n<p><span>We are </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">sharp </span><span>in our thinking, </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">creative </span><span>in our approach, and </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">emotionally intelligent</span><span> in how we connect with others.
