Working at THS should be as much of a joy as the learning experiences are, and we aim to inspire future leaders in progressive education.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are seeking to add to our team and invite applications for interested<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">education professionals</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span> </span>to apply;</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(238, 49, 41); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: 600\">Key Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Consistently demonstrates expertise in special education strategies, particularly Literacy, Numeracy, Executive Functioning and Social-Behavioral support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborates within a teaching team to plan and develop strategies and accommodations for student differentiation in alignment with the student’s needs and Individualised Education Plan.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicates empathetically and effectively with parents, students and colleagues with regards to curriculum, student learning and progress during regular meetings and in written correspondence inclusive of reports and progress markers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide services that include: assessment; individual instruction; small group instruction; co-teaching; support to classroom teachers in planning and developing adaptive programs, development and implementation of Individualised Education Plan (IEP).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(238, 49, 41); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: 600\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Exemplary, native level English-speaking and writing skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor Degree or higher in Special Education, or Bachelor Degree in any subjects with PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate of Education), or equivalent SEN qualification.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 2 years learning support experience with demonstrated strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(238, 49, 41); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: 600\">Reports To</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High School Learning Specialist Coordinator</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(238, 49, 41); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: 600\">Application</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">If you are interested in applying for the post, please click \"APPLY\"</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">.
