Your Tasks: Drive the international growth and market development of the Refined Fibre & B2B business unit by identifying opportunities and supporting global business development initiatives. Generate and manage high-quality sales leads through targeted B2B marketing activities, campaigns and compelling product-, application- and customer-specific content. Ensure a seamless lead management process from Marketing to Sales, including lead tracking, scoring and nurturing across the entire customer journey. Plan and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (e.g. email, web, social media) and develop impactful content for sales pitches, the website and digital channels in close collaboration with Group Communication. Implement, manage, and continuously improve the marketing technology (CRM, marketing automation platforms and analytics dashboards) and build transparent performance reporting on campaign effectiveness, conversion rates and ROI. Coordinate the company’s participation in industry trade fairs and events and optimize marketing processes and workflows to ensure efficient, scalable and consistent campaign execution. Lead market research supporting management and business development. Your Profile: Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s is a plus). Alternative: Commercial apprenticeship with additional marketing qualification (e.g., IHK Marketingfachwirt) plus strong practical track record. degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s is a plus). Experiences and Know-How: 3–5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in an international environment, with responsibility for multi-channel campaigns (email, web & social) and measurable lead generation. Experience in the tissue paper, pulp or paper industry is an advantage. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, ideally Salesforce. Proven track record in lead scoring, nurturing and ensuring a seamless handover to Sales. Analytical mindset: you build and maintain campaign and funnel dashboards (conversion, CPL, ROI) and translate insights into actionable improvements (Excel, Power BI or comparable analytics tools). Experience in planning and coordinating trade fairs and industry events, ideally with exposure to international markets and customers. Process-oriented: you standardise and optimise campaign workflows and interfaces across Marketing, Sales and adjacent functions. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams. Languages: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. German, French or Italian are considered an advantage.
