Master’s degree in hospice preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Three years of management experience in a hospice or related health care organization </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered nurse in the State with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Organization requirements and is in good working order. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and CHAP standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>At CompassionCare Hospice, our primary ambition is to bring first-class care to the warmest and most serene environment possible: home.
