          "text": "<p><strong>AECOM</strong>&#xa0;is seeking a<strong>&#xa0;Regulatory Compliance Analyst IV</strong>&#xa0;at the <strong>San Diego, CA&#xa0;</strong>office.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Research and interpret California State regulations related to school facility funding.</li><li>Identify and evaluate available funding opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and submit accurate grant applications and all related documentation.</li><li>Prepare and/or support preparation of expense reports for auditors.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, attorneys, CPAs, and administrative agencies to gather required information.</li><li>Maintain organized records of all grant-related materials.</li><li>Work with IT staff to define data requirements and support grant tracking systems.</li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively across departments to ensure compliance with funding guidelines.</li><li>Understanding of financial and project management software systems.</li><li>Familiarity with OPSC and CDE online systems.</li><li>Knowledge of eligibility establishment and update.</li><li>Analyze problems and propose solutions related to funding and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>",
