From sunset dinner cruises to elegant waterfront events, our crew blends polished hospitality, seamless marine operations, and unforgettable waterfront views to create exceptional guest experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Craft classic, specialty, and craft cocktails with consistency and accuracy</li><li>Deliver warm, polished, guest-focused service</li><li>Maintain par levels, restock bars, and ensure clean, organized workspaces</li><li>Operate POS systems efficiently and ensure accurate guest billing</li><li>Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service standards</li><li>Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and department of health compliance and maritime standards</li><li>Participate in safety drills and follow all vessel safety procedures</li><li>Work collaboratively to support smooth onboard operations</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>2-3 years of bartending experience required; 1-2 years of upscale or high-volume experience preferred</li><li>Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to work efficiently under pressure</li><li>Excellent communication and guest-service skills</li><li>Ability to follow detailed procedures, recipes, and safety requirements</li><li>Comfortable working aboard vessels in tight spaces and dynamic environments</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs</li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed</li><li>Ability to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours&nbsp;</li><li>Valid Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (e.g., <a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https://www.gettips.com/\"><strong>TIPS</strong></a>, <a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http://servsafe.com/ServSafe-Alcohol\"><strong>ServSafe Alcohol</strong></a>, or state-approved equivalent) preferred upon hire or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Medical &amp; ancillary benefits (Full-time Employees)</li><li>401(k) with Employer Match</li><li>Subsidized Parking</li><li>Complimentary Cruise Tickets &amp; Brand Discounts</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to Create a Sea of Memories?
