The ideal candidate is an experienced Journeyman Electrician with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</p> \n<strong>Benefits include Family Medical Care Plan, National Electrical Benefit Fund & National Electrical Annuity Plan. </strong>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2> \n<ul>\n <li>Plan and oversee construction activities, including sequencing, manpower allocation, material needs, equipment usage, and scheduling</li>\n <li>Lead, train, and mentor field personnel; oversee day‑to‑day operations through assigned Foremen</li>\n <li>Partner with the Project Manager to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and milestone dates</li>\n <li>Communicate site issues, conflicts, progress updates, and quality concerns with the Project Manager and client representatives</li>\n <li>Resolve field construction challenges and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and inspections</li>\n <li>Enforce and monitor safety program compliance; ensure weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks are completed</li>\n <li>Assist with incident and accident investigations alongside the Safety Department</li>\n <li>Understand subcontractor scopes and ensure schedules and quality expectations are met</li>\n <li>Support the Project Manager in subcontractor coordination, quality control, and dispute resolution</li>\n <li>Review and support negotiations related to change orders and claims</li>\n <li>Provide input on cost and schedule forecasting</li>\n <li>Participate in project close‑out and ensure punch lists are completed promptly</li>\n <li>Mentor Project Associates assigned to the project</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of three years' experience on construction projects in a Healthcare Foreman or Healthcare General Foreman role (or higher) position</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret construction documents</li>\n <li>Effective communication and leadership skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise small to midsized groups</li>\n <li>Good organization, multi-tasking, leadership, and decision-making ability</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills preferred </li>\n <li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
