      "content": "\n<li>Diagnosis and treatment of trees and shrubs for insects, disease, and other health issues.</li>\n<li>Operate and maintain equipment used to apply Plant Health Care treatments.</li>\n<li>Properly mix, handle and store materials safely.</li>\n<li>Keep records by following MTS standards and state regulations.</li>\n<li>Work as a member of the tree crew performing ground and utility functions.</li>\n<li>Maintain positive customer relations and effective communication.</li>\n<li>Inspect plant material and diagnose additional issues to present upsell opportunities.</li>\n<li>Maintain communication with the Manager and Sales Arborist.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>A valid Pesticide License preferred or the ability to obtain</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently</li>\n<li>ISA Arborist certification or the ability to obtain is preferred</li>\n<li>A clean/valid driver’s license is required</li>\n<li>Ability to identify local trees and shrubs and diagnose common insects, disease, and abiotic issues</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and customer service</li>\n<li>Math skills to accurately calculate mix ratios for applications</li>\n<li>Ability to understand product labels and directions</li>\n"
