Salary Statement Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $90,050.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description Providing the Siting Clearinghouse technical expertise assisting in developing and maintaining a roadmap for testing and training range systems, to include interagency coordination and planning, project plan development, and ensuring renewable energy compatibility with critical DoD missions. This requires project management capabilities, thorough data analysis, as well as strong communication skills. Provide support for the Siting Clearinghouse process for the Obstruction Evaluation/Airport Airspace Analysis (OE/AAA) of renewable energy systems impacts to aviation operations. Independently performing complex analysis of operational activities for decision making Supporting implementation of the Formal Module in MCAT; evaluating and recommending features and functionality of MCAT in areas that assist the Army Utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping capability to create maps Establishing and implementing workflow processes and structure for Department of Defense mission sustainment activities Managing and tracking the status of pending DoD taskers; communicate status to and from leadership and across Headquarters staff Data analysis to provide analytical recommendations to the DoD customer Managing and coordinating project review meetings with stakeholders and record outcomes Preparing and reporting on metrics, action reports, and reconciliation of pending or overdue actions Coordinating with outside organizations and private entities as needed Other duties as assigned #LI-HK1 Requirements 10 years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience managing and coordinating project review meetings with stakeholders and recording outcomes from meetings Strong organizational skills, ability to centralize pertinent information for informed decision making at the HQ level by using existing tools Knowledge of MS Office functionality, particularly Teams, SharePoint, and advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets Experience managing and tracking the status of pending DoD taskers Ability to implement new processes and procedures Ability to pay attention to detail and collaborate effectively Ability to travel as needed (Travel Active Secret Clearance Bachelor’s degree Desired Skills Experience supporting the DoD or Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Experience working with the Siting Clearinghouse highly preferred Experience with Mission Sustainment and/or Energy projects Experience with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Experience supporting the development of military guidance documents Bachelor’s degree in technical field Clearance Information SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL Travel Requirements Less than 10% About Us Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
