Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Keeping you comfortable with expert heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical service Since 1974. Serving Maricopa, Pinal, and Gila Counties, Parker & Sons continues after all these years to maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and even won the BBB Torch Award For Ethics (Twice!)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Friday - Monday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Must have a Minimum 1 years of dispatching experience in HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, or a related trades industry, Candidates with no trades dispatch experience will not be considered. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What's in it For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting rate of $22-$24/hr. with bonus and growth potential. Depending on experience. </li>\n <li>Schedule: Friday - Monday, 7AM-6PM or 8AM-7PM (weekend shift)</li>\n <li>Robust PTO Plan</li>\n <li>Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match</li>\n <li>Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Special Program Options: FSA, EPA, Legal Services, and Identity Theft</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment</li>\n <li>Coached and supported career growth</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule</li>\n <li>Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location</li>\n <li>Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians</li>\n <li>Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments</li>\n <li>Communicate with field personnel via Outlook</li>\n <li>Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate technician database</li>\n <li>Coordinate parts scheduling </li>\n <li>Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions.</li>\n <li>Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience, in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry</li>\n <li>Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications</li>\n <li>Experience with Service Titan is a plus</li>\n <li>Must be able to work evenings and weekends</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
