We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collective Staff Trainer II specializing in Mission Essential Task (MET) training to join our team. </span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Position Overview:</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This role involves spearheading the design, development, and implementation of Mission Essential Task (MET) training programs within military or defense settings. This role focuses on enhancing the collective capabilities and readiness of military units or defense personnel through comprehensive training sessions, exercises, and simulations that simulate real-world scenarios. </span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Responsibilities:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Functions as the highest-level individual contributor in at least one Warfighting function (WF). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Utilizes expertise and experience in staff training best practices, industry requirements and information technology disciplines to develop technical and training solutions in support of Army mission command training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Coordinate and conduct training sessions, exercises, and simulations at echelons ranging from Battalion to Corps. to simulate real-world scenarios and improve unit performance in critical tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with operational objectives and addresses current challenges and emerging threats.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and after-action reviews to identify areas for improvement and adaptation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Develop training materials, resources, and manuals to support MET training programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Serves in a mentorship or observer/trainer role when requested.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Stays updated with evolving military tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to integrate into training programs. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Other duties as within the scope of the program.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br>Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Bachelor’s degree in military science, defense studies, or related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Eight (8) years’ experience in instructional development. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">In-depth knowledge of military operations, tactics, and collective training methodologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Minimum of 10 years’ experience with military training and training support</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Completed the Army Command &amp; General Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education or equivalent level of military schooling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Experience in operations and training requirements at Brigade or higher level (required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Successfully served as a former battalion or brigade S3 or XO (required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Strong instructional and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Must possess a SECRET clearance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Must be a U.S. citizen.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Benefits:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Salary package</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Health benefits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">401K</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">**Please carefully review the specified requirements before submission.
