The successful candidate will be well-versed in digital workflows, online and in-person (at county clerk offices) title research, and have proven experience in surface titles for right-of-way acquisition.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background:#FFFFFF;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(43, 51, 58); font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Per Diem is available, local candidates encouraged to apply and remote work is available.
