This role ensures optimal product availability for seasonal and event-driven demand (e.g., graduation cycles) while balancing production capacity, inventory investment, and service levels.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Production &amp; Capacity Planning</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage production plans across multiple facilities for diverse product lines (caps &amp; gowns, yearbooks, diplomas, announcements, etc.)</li>\n<li>Align manufacturing schedules with forecasted demand and peak seasonal cycles</li>\n<li>Collaborate with plant managers to optimize capacity, labor, and throughput</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Inventory &amp; Replenishment Strategy</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee inventory planning across a multi-warehouse network</li>\n<li>Set and manage safety stock levels, reorder points, and SKU segmentation</li>\n<li>Balance service levels with inventory carrying costs and obsolescence risk</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Demand Alignment </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to drive demand planning inputs</li>\n<li>Lead or support monthly demand planning</li>\n<li>Translate forecasts into actionable production and distribution plans</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Cross-Border &amp; Network Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage product flow across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, considering lead times, customs, and transportation constraints</li>\n<li>Optimize warehouse stocking strategies based on regional demand</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Seasonal &amp; Event-Based Planning</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop detailed plans for peak graduation seasons</li>\n<li>Mitigate risks related to demand spikes, production bottlenecks, and logistics delays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Systems &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize ERP/MRP to manage planning activities</li>\n<li>Track KPIs such as fill rate, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and on-time delivery</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field</li>\n<li>5–10+ years in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing operations</li>\n<li>Experience managing multi-site or multi-country planning</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of seasonal demand planning</li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills</li>\n<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) often preferred due to Mexico operations</li>\n</ul>",
