          "text": "<p>The <strong>Production Supervisor</strong> oversees daily fabrication operations to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and&#xa0;in accordance with&#xa0;quality standards.           "text": "<p><strong>Required Knowledge/Experience&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, cutting, forming, machining)&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders&#xa0;</li><li>Familiarity with production scheduling and ERP/MRP systems&#xa0;</li><li>Understanding of quality standards and safety regulations&#xa0;</li><li>Proven ability to lead and develop a team&#xa0;</li><li>Strong communication&#xa0;and problem-solving skills&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced production&#xa0;environment&#xa0;</li><li>Directly supervise,&#xa0;train&#xa0;and develop a team.&#xa0;</li><li>3–5 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment,&#xa0;Required.&#xa0;</li><li>Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly,&#xa0;Required.&#xa0;</li><li>4+ years of sheet metal fabrication or CNC operator&#xa0;</li><li>Knowledge of design techniques,&#xa0;tools&#xa0;and&#xa0;principles&#xa0;involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints,&#xa0;drawings&#xa0;and models.&#xa0;</li><li>Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses,&#xa0;repair&#xa0;and maintenance. Tools include Trump,&#xa0;Accupress, Allen wrenches, grinders, break press, punch press, forklift, crane,&#xa0;shears&#xa0;and calipers.&#xa0;</li><li>Excellent mechanical skills and aptitude in supporting CNC sheet metal equipment, the ability to visualize 3D parts from cut sheets. Good math skills and qualified basic computer skills.&#xa0;</li><li>Self-motivated and able to&#xa0;identify, examine, and resolve issues independently from others.
