    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.37.26/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.37.26/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><u>General Summary of Duties</u>:<br><br><p>Responsible for performing maintenance and repair services in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, machine servicing, air conditioning, wall covering, and masonry. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u>Examples of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following)</u>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Check HVAC loop temperatures are at normal operating temperatures</li><li>Check domestic hot water temperatures</li><li>Walk building daily looking for lights out and any obvious breakdowns, blemishes or other problems</li><li>Follow up on Housekeeping calls for maintenance issues</li><li>Fix all broken furniture as assigned</li><li>Schedule maintenance of equipment to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications</li><li>Ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely manner and up to hotel standards</li><li>Change air and water filters throughout the hotel</li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance throughout hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, kitchen, restaurant, storage, and office areas</li><li>Identify safety problems applicable to the repair and maintenance of systems and take necessary corrective action</li><li>Assist other departments within the property as needed</li><li>Perform additional duties and projects as assigned</li></ul><p><u>Position Requirements</u>:</p><ul><li>Ability to speak, read, write and understand English</li><li>Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment</li><li>Must be proficient in general hotel maintenance</li><li>Prior apartment/hospital maintenance experience considered</li><li>Strong painting skills and relevant experience in HVAC, electrical and plumbing are required</li><li>Knowledge and use of all procedures and safety techniques for the various trades</li><li>Basic knowledge of plumbing and mechanical trades a plus</li><li>Ability to take direction, questions, and instructions from supervisor, management and co-workers</li><li>Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions</li></ul><p><u>Education</u>:</p><ul><li>High school education or equivalent required</li><li>Trade apprenticeship preferred</li></ul><p><u>Typical Physical / Mental Demands</u>:</p><ul><li>Must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend for prolonged periods of time</li><li>Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch</li><li>Must use hands to reach, grasp, handle, pull and push</li><li>Must have good near and far vision</li><li>Must be able to hear, talk, smell</li><li>Ability to work indoors and outdoors, being exposed to environmental factors such as seasonal heat, cold, noise, dust, and pollution</li><li>Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
