This role involves managing the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets—from procurement and configuration to maintenance and decommissioning. The successful candidate will ensure optimal system performance through proactive monitoring and expert troubleshooting in a hybrid cloud environment.</p><h2><br></h2><h2><strong>In this role you will</strong>:&nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Support the Bank’s “People First” focus and rules of engagement—maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB “A Better Place to Be”.</li><li>Oversee the lifecycle of virtual infrastructure; including provisioning, resource allocation, and performance tuning.</li><li>Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) environments, ensuring the integrity of Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP configurations.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory of company hardware and software including end-of-life units.</li><li>Assist with development and engineering new or current systems to meet higher levels of performance demands.</li><li>Virtual machine deployment, resource, and disk assignment.
