Red Oak Recovery is a clinician-run treatment program with three campuses established to serve the needs of our clients. Our Red Oak campuses offer a unique blend of clinical rehabilitation, 12 step addiction recovery, proven addiction therapy services, family counseling, and experiential and adventure therapy for men. The Willows at Red Oak offers a sanctuary for women to focus on healing and help prepare them for fulfilling, post-treatment lives.&nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking a<strong>&nbsp;Business Development Representative</strong> to assist in promoting our programs (Red Oak Recovery, The Willows at Red Oak Recovery, Foothills at Red Oak Recovery) and form long-term relationships and partnerships in Asheville, NC designated target markets. The Business Development Representative will create, develop, establish, and maintain relationships with referring professionals and programs while working in conjunction with business development, marketing, and admissions teams and uphold the mission and values established by the company.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain diversified referral relationships with referring professionals, IOPs, interventionists, after cares, hospitals/detoxes, clinical professionals and outpatient providers</li><li>Develop new areas of business; Identify potential business partners and pursues sales leads and prospective clients (at least 10% of face-to-face contacts per month)</li><li>Implement recommendations of strategic marketing plan to align with the company&#39;s growth strategy</li><li>Report true and accurate information regarding Red Oak Recovery Programs to all inquiring parties through extensive knowledge of programming logistics</li><li>Deliver presentations at various conferences, marketing events, and referring professionals&rsquo; offices</li><li>Professional attire is required for business settings, appointments, conferences, etc.</li><li>Set appointments for strategic accounts with key members of the executive and clinical team</li><li>Plan, organize, and execute appropriate networking events and professionals&rsquo; events to promote Red Oak Recovery programs</li><li>As needed, assist with conferences that we host, attend, and present</li><li>Take the initiative to engage in follow-up conversation to ensure that the needs of all inquiring and involved parties have been met</li><li>Update CRM with contacts, appointments, and leads weekly and run reports</li><li>Attend weekly and/or additional as needed telephonic and skype conference calls</li><li>Facilitate clear, effective, prompt, and accurate communication with inquiries via telephone, email, or other compliant and secure means</li><li>Follow closely and understand HIPAA compliancy in all transactions</li><li>Generate 5 admits to ROR Programs per month through new, win back and existing</li><li>ROR referral accounts through marketing efforts<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education/Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years relevant work experience</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>Extensive knowledge of recovery industry<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Able to communicate 12-Step knowledge and other recovery language.</li><li>Knowledge of varying intervention models<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Travel</strong></p><ul><li>Medium to heavy travel is expected for this position</li><li>Other national travel may be required as requested<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Medical Insurance with Telemedicine options available to full-time employees after 30 days</li><li>Vision &amp; Dental insurance&nbsp;</li><li>Voluntary Accident Coverage, Critical Illness Coverage and Hospital Indemnity Insurance options</li><li>Employee provided Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance options</li><li>Retirement 401k</li><li>Employee Assistance Program provided to promote employee wellness and a variety of services</li><li>Desirable PTO &amp; SICK&nbsp;</li><li>Company paid professional development and training<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><em>Red Oak Recovery does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
