    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the execution of all dispatch functions</li>\n <li>Facilitate park-wide communication via phone, radio, and email</li>\n <li>Receive incoming calls for service as per policy/procedure</li>\n <li>Dispatch and communicate all security related calls to proper personnel</li>\n <li>Dispatch and communicate all medical emergencies to proper personnel</li>\n <li>Log all calls for service in a computer aided dispatch (CAD) system</li>\n <li>Assign incident reports to personnel to complete</li>\n <li>Distribute keys, locks, radio equipment, and other supplies to proper personnel and ensure all are accounted for at the end of the night. </li>\n <li>Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports</li>\n <li>Responsible for communicating any radio repair issues with proper personnel</li>\n <li>Understand all procedures during power failure and/or emergency situations</li>\n <li>Dispatch and monitor all missing persons throughout the park</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to remain composed in highly stressful situations</li>\n <li>Must have an open availability</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, nights, varied shifts, and holidays</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n <li>Must be detailed oriented and have exceptional organizational skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and make efficient decisions either independently or as part of a team</li>\n <li>Must be able to sit, stand, walk, or maintain continuous movement for an extended period of time</li>\n <li>Must be able to complete all necessary Six Flags Training courses and obtain necessary certifications</li>\n</ul>",
