For four decades it has been a favorite for both locals and visitors looking to enjoy scenic dining and relaxed coastal atmosphere.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.</li><li>Ensure Takeout orders are given to right guest while still maintaining the Bar</li><li>Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bar and menu items to provide accurate recommendations.</li><li>Accurately take food and beverage orders for bar and lounge guests.</li><li>Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames for both service bar and customers at bar.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work both bars upstairs in the pub and downstairs in the dining room&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.</li><li>Ensure alcohol consumption is limited to designated areas.</li><li>Build and maintain a professional, hospitable rapport with every guest served.</li><li>Complete opening, running, and closing side work assignments.</li><li>Collaborate effectively as a team member to support smooth operations.</li><li>Attend ongoing training sessions and participate in pre-shift meetings.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>TIPS Certification&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>Ability to obtain any required licenses or permits.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year experience operating a full-service bar.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment involving stairs.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to interact with guests and be social with them.</li><li>Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Excellent customer service and professional guest interaction skills.</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills and accurate math/cash-handling abilities.</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Wages</li><li>Performance-Based Career Growth</li><li>Employee Dining Discounts</li><li>Equal Employment Opportunity &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Mixology</li><li>Guest Service</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Communication</li><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>Ability to Work Under Pressure</li><li>Organizational Skills</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Positive Attitude</li><li>Work Ethic</li></ul>",
