The <strong>Loader Operator</strong>/<strong>Water Truck Driver</strong> is responsible for operating a loader to load and unload trucks, supply raw materials to bins and hoppers, and manage stockpiles, as well as operating a water truck to perform dust suppression in accordance with customer requirements and environmental regulations.</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Pay: </strong>$25-30</div><div><strong>Shift: </strong>Daytime with occasional nights and weekends</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><div><strong>Benefits</strong></div><div><ul><li>Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term Disability</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programs</li><li>Student Loan Repayment Program</li><li>Employee Referral Program</li></ul></div></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div>The Water Truck Driver will:</div><div><ul><li>Performs daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance, including greasing, oiling, fueling, and cleaning</li><li>Operates loader to load/unload trucks, maintain stockpiles, and supply bins and hoppers with raw materials</li><li>Operates water truck for dust suppression, including filling tank and washing roads and work areas</li><li>Monitors equipment performance and reports malfunctions</li><li>Assists maintenance personnel with repairs as needed</li><li>Maintains clean and safe work areas and equipment</li><li>Ensures proper material loading, weight compliance, and prevents contamination</li><li>Maintains communication with dispatch and team members</li><li>Supports emergency washout or cleanup as needed</li><li>Complies with all safety regulations and customer requirements</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor</li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>(Skills, knowledge, experience)</p><ul><li>Experience operating loader and/or water truck preferred</li><li>CDL Class A license with air brakes and tanker endorsement required</li><li>Basic mechanical skills</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak English</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li></ul><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Skills</strong></div><div>The ideal candidate will have:</div><div><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Ability to operate a water truck</li><li>Ability to lift to 50lbs</li><li>Basic Mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Ability to communicate via radio and ability to read and write</li><li>Ability to sit, stand, walk and work outside for extended periods of time and lift 50 pounds</li><li>Ability work at elevated heights and have good eye-hand coordination&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>To Apply</strong></div><div>Please submit a resume.&nbsp;Military Members are welcome and Veterans are encouraged to apply!</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><div><i><strong>Who is Edw.
