This role also supports customers in selecting the right parts and accessories to enhance their overall camping experience.\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are driven, competitive, and ready to be part of a growing team that rewards performance, your journey starts here.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>PERKS</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance options</li>\n <li>Health Savings Account (HSA) option</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>401k with company matching</li>\n <li>Industry-leading Sales & Product Training</li>\n <li>Powerful Brand Recognition </li>\n <li>Team-oriented culture built for winning</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct professional and thorough RV delivery demonstrations that ensure customers understand the safe and proper operation of their RV.</li>\n <li>Educate customers on recommended accessories that enhance safety, usability, and the overall RV ownership experience.</li>\n <li>Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories while delivering excellent customer service both in-store and through service work orders.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department that supports customer experience and sales.</li>\n <li>Provide customer service that supports the long-term RV ownership experience and reinforces dealership brand standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain strong communication with Sales, Service, and Parts leadership to support efficient dealership operations and delivery readiness.</li>\n <li>Engage in a minimum of one (1) hour of weekly training related to RV systems, product knowledge, and/or manufacturer-led training to ensure continued development and expertise.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or parts sales is preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience in the RV industry, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar product-based industries is preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Experience explaining technical products or systems to customers in a clear and professional manner is beneficial.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About General RV</strong></p>\n<p>General RV was founded when Abe Baidas converted a Detroit gas station into a small RV sales and manufacturing facility in 1962.
