The Coffee Shop Manager will also be cross-trained to support convenience store operations and assist with store functions as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bosselman has many benefits to offer you that you will not find anywhere else like:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid vacation</li>\n <li>401K and matching contributions</li>\n <li>Health, dental and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Short and long term disability insurance</li>\n <li>Life insurance</li>\n <li>A clearly defined path for growth</li>\n <li>On-demand pay with PayActiv (access to earned but not yet paid wages)</li>\n <li>And much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bosselman offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversees daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.</li>\n <li>Recruits, hires, trains, mentors and manages performance of baristas and other staff members.</li>\n <li>Schedules team members efficiently to meet business demands and labor budgets.</li>\n <li>Conducts performance reviews and provides ongoing coaching.</li>\n <li>Manages inventory levels, places orders, and manages vendor relationships.</li>\n <li>Ensures equipment is maintained and functioning properly.</li>\n <li>Implements and maintains operational standards, procedures, and cleanliness.</li>\n <li>Ensures all beverages and food items meet company quality standards.</li>\n <li>Addresses and resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.</li>\n <li>Manages cash handling and daily deposits. </li>\n <li>Monitors and drives sales, labor costs, food and beverage margins, and other key performance metrics through active performance management.</li>\n <li>Assist with cost control to meet profitability goals.</li>\n <li>Maintains clear, consistent communication with staff, management, and vendors.</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate company policies, procedures, and expectations.</li>\n <li>Ensures an environment which adheres all aspects of serving safe food and beverages</li>\n <li>Practices all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for team members and customers.</li>\n <li>Provides friendly and competent customer service.</li>\n <li>Supports convenience store operations as needed, including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Operating POS for store transactions.</li>\n   <li>Assisting customers with purchases and inquiries.</li>\n   <li>Stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.</li>\n   <li>Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This role position provides direct supervision to a team of staff members. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li>\n <li>Previous management experience in a coffee shop or restaurant preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Basic math and computer skills for POS and reporting purposes. </li>\n <li>Maintain a professional, positive attitude.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to promote teamwork, collaboration, multitasking, problem solveing and working in a fast-paced environment. </li>\n <li>Food safe certified through accredited program recognized by the state in which the store operates/ability to become certified within the training period.</li>\n <li>Willing and able to work early mornings, holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts.</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate in English</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements: The</strong> physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Coffee Shop Manager to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
