The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in programming languages and DevOps practices, as well as a robust understanding of security designs and risk mitigation strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can architect scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions to meet the needs of our clients. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and architect robust cloud solutions leveraging <strong>Azure</strong>, <strong>AWS</strong>, and <strong>AWS GovCloud</strong> to meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance and scalability. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as <strong>Node.js</strong> and <strong>Python</strong>, ensuring best practices in coding and application architecture. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement front-end solutions using frameworks like <strong>Angular</strong>, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective integration with back-end services. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Integration of AI tools into the software development life cycle. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Automate the deployment of containerized microservices through <strong>CI/CD</strong> pipelines, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of deployment processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize <strong>DevSecOps</strong> practices to integrate security throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that security requirements are met and risks are effectively mitigated. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiently use DevOps tools such as <strong>Docker</strong>, <strong>Kubernetes</strong>, <strong>Jenkins</strong>, and various <strong>AWS services</strong> to optimize development and operational workflows. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct thorough security assessments and testing of cloud solutions to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-based solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science related field and 7+ years of cloud engineering/architecture experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Active DoD Secret clearance at minimum – required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience within the DHA theater – highly preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience as a <strong>Cloud Solutions Architect</strong> with a strong focus on <strong>Azure</strong>, <strong>AWS</strong>, and <strong>AWS GovCloud</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in programming languages such as <strong>Node.js</strong> and <strong>Python</strong>, with hands-on experience in front-end development using <strong>Angular</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated expertise in automating deployment processes for containerized microservices using <strong>CI/CD</strong> pipelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong background in security design principles, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies, with a focus on ensuring secure cloud solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive experience with DevOps practices and tools, including <strong>Docker</strong>, <strong>Kubernetes</strong>, <strong>Jenkins</strong>, and a variety of <strong>AWS services</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to architect and deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions that meet organizational needs and comply with regulatory requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Cloud Solutions Architect</strong> to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud solutions in a collaborative and innovative environment. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
