East West Bank gives people the confidence to reach further.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>East West Bank is currently seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Banking team. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Underwriting</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs risk rating on new and existing loans--Analyze financial statements addressing industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring, pricing and credit analysis for recommendation to manager on lending decisions</li>\n <li>Make recommendation on structure of credit for approval</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Credit monitoring</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop solutions for problem loan credit</li>\n <li>Responsible for credit risk and quality of portfolio</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Portfolio Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform maintenance on portfolio of loans</li>\n <li>Maintain & expand client relationship</li>\n <li>Manage loan renewal process</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Business Development</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in community and business functions</li>\n <li>Develop other deposits services relationship</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>May perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and directly related experience</li>\n <li>2+ years of banking experience</li>\n <li>Has strong understanding of credit policy and procedures and is able to accurately risk-rate loans/credits, evaluates both cash-flow and collateral-based loans/credits</li>\n <li>Develop problem loan credit solutions</li>\n <li>Has strong knowledge base in Treasury, FX and Derivative products and have demonstrated abilities in coordinating the resources of the bank to bring effective full service solutions to the company</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.  We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.  </p>\n<h2>Compensation</h2>The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
