    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>The RN House Supervisor serves as a vital leader, providing overall clinical and operational oversight. This role ensures seamless patient flow, expedites patient placement, and maintains high standards of quality and safety in the absence of administrative and management staff. The RN House Supervisor acts as a clinical resource, consults on emergency and complex situations, and collaborates with departments to resolve issues promptly. This position is integral to maintaining hospital operations and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.</p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Supplemental (PRN), as needed. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.</li><li>Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
