We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of our food and beverage operation, including Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, Blue Mojito Pool Bar & Grill, In-Room Dining, and Banquet Events.
In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee multiple outlets and service environments, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, colleague engagement, and financial performance. Working closely with culinary, sales, events, and hotel leadership teams, you will play a key role in shaping the resort's food and beverage strategy while developing future hospitality leaders.
What You'll Do Lead all Food & Beverage operations, including Four Flamingos, Blue Mojito Pool Bar & Grill, In-Room Dining, and Banquets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Drive financial performance through effective management of revenue, labor, forecasting, budgeting, and expense controls. Partner with Culinary, Sales, and Events teams to execute meetings, weddings, and special events seamlessly. Recruit, develop, and coach managers and colleagues, building engaged, high-performing teams and future leaders. Analyze business trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities that enhance service, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety regulations, and health and sanitation requirements.
