We grow from within!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Production Scheduler is responsible for planning and managing production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with production, purchasing, inventory, and operations teams to ensure materials, labor, and equipment are aligned with production demands.</p><p>The ideal candidate has prior experience scheduling production needs in a manufacturing setting and is comfortable adjusting schedules to meet changing priorities and production requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules</li><li>Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, and production teams to ensure materials and resources are available</li><li>Monitor workflow and adjust schedules based on production demands, labor availability, or equipment downtime</li><li>Analyze production data to identify delays, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Maintain accurate production records and scheduling updates</li><li>Manage aluminum manufacturing schedules and production packet assembly</li><li>Coordinate painted metal processing schedules to ensure timely delivery to and from external coaters</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2-5 years of production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow coordination</li><li>Experience using ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling software</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production tracking systems</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced production setting</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures, machinery, and noise</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you have experience coordinating production schedules and thrive in a manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
