A typical day blends analytical work with time in the operation. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, solve operational challenges using data, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced entertainment environment.</p><p><strong>Key </strong><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Analytics &amp; Modeling</strong></p><ul><li>Apply industrial engineering and analytical methods such as forecasting, process analysis, capacity analysis, and optimization techniques to support operational improvement initiatives</li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining analytical models that support labor planning, staffing optimization, forecasting, and operational decision-making</li><li>Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations</li></ul><p><strong>Field Studies &amp; Data Collection</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct on-site observational studies to evaluate operational processes, guest flow, and workforce performance</li><li>Collect, validate, and analyze time studies, throughput data, and other operational metrics</li><li>Combine field observations with data analysis to develop practical and implementable operational improvements</li></ul><p><strong>Workforce Management</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to Workforce Management initiatives through labor planning analysis, staffing optimization, scheduling analytics, and demand forecasting</li><li>Evaluate opportunities to improve labor utilization and operational efficiency</li><li>Contribute to workforce management tools, reporting, and planning processes</li></ul><p><strong>Tools, Reporting &amp; Automation</strong></p><ul><li>Extract, analyze, and validate data using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python, Excel, and other cloud-based platforms</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI and Excel to track KPIs and operational performance trends</li><li>Participate in automation and workflow improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and data accuracy</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with cross-functional teams and operational leaders to implement process improvements</li><li>Communicate insights and recommendations through presentations, reporting, and data visualization</li><li>Assist in developing business cases and operational analyses for leadership review</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Basic Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Decision Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field</li><li>1+ years of relevant analytical or operational experience, including internships and co-op experience</li><li>Experience conducting analytical or operational studies using business data and translating findings into actionable recommendations</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with datasets</li><li>Experience with data querying or programming tools such as SQL or Python</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams</li><li>Ability to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Internship or project experience in industrial engineering, operations analysis, workforce management, or process improvement</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with workforce management, labor planning, staffing optimization, or forecasting concepts</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau</li><li>Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Microsoft Azure</li><li>Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies</li><li>Experience in theme parks, hospitality, entertainment, retail, or other high-volume operational environments</li><li>Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new analytical tools, systems, and operational processes</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid: Hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week.
