      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a Commerce program with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.</li>\n<li>Motivated self-starter: able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficient in analyzing information to support informed decision-making.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of SharePoint.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with Success Factors, SAP, or software such as Power BI would be an asset.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Prior work experience would be considered an asset.&nbsp;</li>\n\n</div>"
