Quality Control is responsible for ensuring the overall safety and security of vehicles. Enterprise Mobility and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services, to make travel easier and more convenient for customers.  </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and accounted for nearly $38 billion in revenue through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspect vehicles prior to rental to ensure the overall safety and security of the vehicles.</li>\n <li>Check cars that are being moved into the ready garages for the following:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Tire tread depth</li>\n   <li>Insurance card in glove box</li>\n   <li>License plates</li>\n   <li>Cleanliness of vehicle inside, out, trunk, compartments</li>\n   <li>Fuel level</li>\n   <li>Dash lights</li>\n   <li>Note body damage</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all other related work as required by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>**A more in-depth description of day-to-day quality control operations can be found below:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Rental Ready Line Organization</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor all aspects of vehicle movement within the rental garage and to the rental ready lines </li>\n <li>Manage driver activity to rental ready lines and ensure vehicles are moved to the best location to maximize customer experience, space and traffic flow</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Inspections</p>\n<ul>\n <li> Inspect vehicles for damage prior rental and ensure that proper check in process is followed</li>\n <li> Facilitate lost and found items with 3rd party or service agent team</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain current registration and ensure all expired license plates are grounded by working closely with staff to provide support on title registration, fleet maintenance, maintenance tracking on vehicles, turnback recording, duplicate key procedures, and other special projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Communication and Point of Contact</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as the go-between in communicating with the rental team as well as the production facility</li>\n <li>Act as the point of contact for the driver team on a daily basis</li>\n <li> Provide administrative support for the Fleet Supervisor and assistance to Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, and Vehicle Repair where needed</li>\n <li> Act as a point of contact for Managers to get specific upgrade vehicles for customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n   <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required</li>\n   <li>Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support</li>\n   <li><strong>Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).</strong></li>\n   <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n   <li>Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift/schedule: </li>\n   <li>Must be able to work one of the following schedules:\n    <ul>\n     <li><p><strong>Option 1 - Morning</strong></p><p>Friday - Tuesday: 6:00am - 2:00pm</p><p>OFF: Wednesday and Thursday</p><p> </p><p><strong>Option 2 - Midday</strong></p><p>Friday - Tuesday: 10:00am - 6:00pm</p><p>OFF: Wednesday and Thursday</p><p> </p><p><strong>Option 3 - Evening</strong></p><p>Friday - Tuesday: 6:00pm - 2:00am</p><p>OFF: Wednesday and Thursday</p><p> </p></li>\n    </ul></li>\n  </ul><p> </p></li>\n</ul>",
