    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Prepare both hot and cold food items for patients, residents, visitors and staff.  Serve food, clean equipment and work area, and put stock away. Lead Culinary Services Aides in day-to-day operations and actively participate in all culinary training. This position will be required to travel and provide care at all Benedictine communities within the assigned region as needed/required.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operates, cleans, and sanitizes foodservice equipment and work area.</li>\n <li>Prepares food following food safety guidelines, diet restrictions and standardized recipes.</li>\n <li>Serves food according to portion control guides and diet restrictions.</li>\n <li>Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company. </li>\n <li>Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Quantity food production experience</li>\n <li>Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course, or completion within the first 90 days of employment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Range</h2>$30.00/hr \n<h2>Benefits Statement</h2>\n<p>A robust benefits package is available to eligible associates, designed to meet the needs of every stage of life, including paid time off (PTO), retirement, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits.
