Join us and be a part of a company that&rsquo;s making waves and empowering its people to do extraordinary things every single day!</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting project managers to complete tasks on time, as well as organize and communicate all details of projects and assignments. You will also be using manufacturer software to produce submittals, and tracking for customers. Specializing in electrical components, lighting fixtures, and lightings controls.</p><p><u>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</u></p><ul><li>Must be highly organized and efficient to handle multiple projects in the bid stage and help manage projects after sale is made.</li><li>Understands the importance of deadlines and must organize schedule based on complexity and project due dates.</li><li>Works well with switchgear project team, outside sales team and inside sales team in coordinating and managing projects.</li><li>Accountability for timely completion and profitability of tasks.</li><li>Coordinates with all parties involved in the order, both internal and external.</li><li>Manages and maintains vendor and customer relationships.</li><li>Provides customer service that separates Turtle &amp; Hughes from our competition in the market place.</li><li>Follows established standards and procedures for project reporting, communication, and documentation.</li><li>Keeps detailed records on pricing quotes, change orders and all correspondence both internally and externally.</li><li>Ability to handle logistics between ordering software, warehouse, and vendors.</li><li>Sit or stand for extended periods of time, some light lifting may be required, customer site visits</li></ul><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Exceptional organizational skills, and attention to details.</li><li>High School diploma required, Bachelors degree in related field preferred</li><li>3+ years of experience in project coordination</li><li>Highly desirable to have experience working directly with electrical contractors.</li><li>Knowledge of logistical support needs.</li><li>Proven experience in working with people and customer service.</li><li>Proven experience in risk management.</li><li>Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>401(k) plan</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Employee negotiated discounts</li></ul><p><strong>Who We Are</strong></p><p>Founded in 1923, Turtle is a fourth-generation, family-owned, and three-generation women-owned business, and one of the nation&rsquo;s largest independent electrical and industrial distributors.
