    "description": "<p><span style=\"color:#e74c3c\"><strong>$2500 Hiring Bonus!</strong></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting preventive and repair maintenance on the plant and equipment.</span></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-right:72px\"><span style=\"color:#e74c3c\"><u><strong>Essential Specific Job Duties:</strong></u></span><br />\n1. Receives direction from Maintenance Supervisor/Master Electrician when more work is needed.<br />\n2. Maintains the work area, machinery, and tools in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.<br />\n3. Assists in other work areas when workload permits or requires.<br />\n4. Completes all documentation related to this position i.e., production reports, time cards, etc. in an accurate, thorough and legible fashion.<br />\n5. Conducts preventive maintenance as scheduled e.g. oil change, greasing, filters, etc.<br />\n6. Welds and cuts using wire feed, oxygen-acetylene torch and plasma.<br />\n7. Performs machine repairs e.g. hydraulics, change motors, fix oil leaks, etc.</p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-right:72px\">8. May be responsible for storing, moving, and/or handling hazardous or non-hazardous waste/materials.<br />\n9. Performs and is familiar with basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)<br />\n10. Performs basic electrical repair.<br />\n11. Performs basic plumbing repair.<br />\n12. Performs basic hydraulic repair.<br />\n13. Repairs welders as needed.<br />\n14. Repairs all other production equipment as needed.<br />\n15. Adheres to quality standards at all times.<br />\n16. Adheres to safety standards at all times.<br />\n<span style=\"color:#e74c3c\"><u><strong>Essential Universal Job Duties:</strong></u></span><br />\n17.
