    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>AM Mechanical is a nationally based design/build mechanical contractor focused on the installation of commercial HVAC systems for customers in commercial laundry, manufacturing, plastics, clean room, food & beverage, cosmetics/pharmaceutical, and indoor vertical agriculture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Commercial HVAC Installer Foreman, you will lead field crews on active construction sites and operating facilities to install turnkey mechanical HVAC systems safely, efficiently, and to a high quality standard. You will be responsible for planning, layout, coordination with other trades, and day-to-day supervision of 4–12 installers while upholding AM Mechanical’s safety and workmanship expectations.</p>\n<h2>WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel & Accommodations covered</li>\n <li>Rotational Schedule allowing time at home every month</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental & Vision</li>\n <li>Traditional & Roth 401K</li>\n <li>Holiday Pay</li>\n <li>Vacation Days (eligibilty period may apply)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Read and interpret blueprints to scale dimensions and lay out overhead square and round ductwork in commercial facilities.</li>\n <li>Pull dimensions from key building features (walls, columns, etc.) and maintain proper elevations to avoid conflicts with other building systems.</li>\n <li>Plan and coordinate work with other site trades to avoid upcoming and unforeseen conflicts.</li>\n <li>Look ahead and schedule crew work up to 3 weeks out.</li>\n <li>Inventory material ahead of upcoming work to ensure the crew has all required materials and tools.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Superintendent and Project Managers to achieve project completion to the customer’s satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Lead a 4–12-person field crew, ensuring correct and safe installation of all specified HVAC systems.</li>\n <li>Mentor and train newer installers, setting expectations for safety, quality, and productivity in line with AM Mechanical standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional relationship and communication with our general contractors and site partners.</li>\n <li>Supervise and run installation of a variety of HVAC systems, which may include but are not limited to:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Rectangular duct systems</li>\n  <li>Spiral/round duct systems</li>\n  <li>Packaged RTUs</li>\n  <li>Air handlers</li>\n  <li>Exhaust fans</li>\n  <li>Roof curbs</li>\n  <li>Unit heaters</li>\n  <li>Flex and grilles</li>\n  <li>Systems requiring basic familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Lay out, install, and assemble facility equipment per detailed drawings and specifications.</li>\n <li>Work side-by-side with journeyman HVAC installers to complete daily tasks and hit schedule milestones.</li>\n <li>Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, based on equipment capacities and crew size.</li>\n <li>Engage in field problem-solving with team members and other site personnel to keep installations coordinated and aligned with customer quality expectations.</li>\n <li>Operate and supervise operation of forklifts, man lifts, and power tools in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent.</li>\n <li>At least 5 years of experience installing HVAC ductwork systems in commercial or industrial environments.</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of mechanical construction materials and installation methods.</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to travel 100% to projects across the country on a rotating schedule.</li>\n <li>Ability to work Monday–Saturday (10-hour days) with occasional evenings and Sundays as needed; flexibility with work schedule is required.</li>\n <li>Ability to work safely at heights, on lifts, and in active construction environments.</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license; REAL ID or passport required for travel</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience as a lead installer or foreman on commercial HVAC projects.</li>\n <li>Military experience (veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply).</li>\n <li>Experience in mechanical construction, HVAC installation, or related trades without requiring a college degree.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with construction scheduling, look-ahead planning, and coordination with multiple trades.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>All successful candidates must have a valid driver's license and complete a criminal background check.</em></p>\n<h2>LEGAL DISCLAIMER</h2>\n<p>EOE, including disability/vets</p>",
