This position works closely with leadership, the community, and the other departments to create strategic plans for the food service departments.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>create and deliver innovative and enriching café experiences, family and staff daily; </li>\n <li>deliver high quality food service; </li>\n <li>mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff;</li>\n <li>develop and maintain client and customer relationships; </li>\n <li>directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources;</li>\n <li>manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
