Flexibility due to pool hour of operations and candidates&rsquo; preferences.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>: standing, kneeling, lifting, swimming, walking, monitoring.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Required Education</strong>: High School Diploma; applicable Work History.</li><li><strong>Required Experience</strong>: 1+ years&rsquo; experience as a lifeguard or pool monitor. Basic understanding of pool safety.
