          "text": "<p><strong><em>Job Description:</em></strong></p><p><strong>&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Title:&#xa0;Collections&#xa0;Analyst,&#xa0;Assoc</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Draper, UT, 84020</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 6&#xa0;Months&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Type: Temporary Assignment&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Work Type: Hybrid</strong></p><p><strong>&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;<br>\n&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>As part of Client's&#xa0;Collections&#xa0;team, this role will support the&#xa0;collections&#xa0;team in the execution and delivery of the team's strategic and operational initiatives.</li><li>The&#xa0;collections&#xa0;team is responsible for the end to end&#xa0;collections&#xa0;process across all Client entities (Client.com&#xa0;LLC, Divvy, and Invoice2Go), and includes reviewing each account to determine the best way to approach the client, then executing their plan to bring in the maximum amount of revenue.&#xa0;</li><li>The ideal candidate brings&#xa0;collections&#xa0;knowledge and experience, possesses a customer centric mindset, and is able to contribute strongly individually and as part of a small but high performing team to optimize collection efforts and deliver on critical financial targets.</li></ul><p><strong>We’d love to chat if you have:</strong></p><ul><li>1-2+ years of direct&#xa0;collections&#xa0;experience preferably in ecommerce, payments, financial service or a similar industry</li><li>Has proven ability to learn, adapt and train new processes and procedures</li><li>Logical and rational thinker with demonstrated data analysis and investigative skills</li><li>Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills - must have ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously</li></ul><p><strong>Nice Have's:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards</li><li>A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
