    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\">Description</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\">Manager,&nbsp;Planning&nbsp;Services Purpose</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:17.95pt\">The&nbsp;People&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;at&nbsp;Gordian&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;leader who&nbsp;ensures&nbsp;their&nbsp;team&nbsp;is&nbsp;aligned&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;company's&nbsp;vision,&nbsp;fosters a high-performance culture, and drives efficiency to contribute to revenue growth. This role is pivotal in managing team dynamics, providing feedback, and enhancing team development through continuous improvement practices. The Manager is equally responsible for meeting revenue goals of the department and Gordian.
