  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->• Monitor purchasing requirements and manage inventory levels<br>• Analyze inventory needs and urgency to determine the best way to fulfill requirements<br>• Assist in setting replenishment parameters and influencing order levels for stockable inventory<br>• Create advance buys and scheduled deliveries based on demand history and growth expectations<br>• Communicate with purchasing team and leadership on any new developments in sales and vendors<br>• Create and send purchase orders to vendors<br>• Communicate and resolve issues in shipping, pricing or quantity<br>• Compile and send POS and consignment reports<br>• Liason between internal and external customers to resolve issues<br>• Evaluate, clarify, and act on customer forecast information</div>",
