Duties can include but are not limited to the following: team lead, precept, orientate, rapid response, and other tasks as needed. </p><p></p><p>For this position, the ideal candidate must have knowledge of Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, de-escalation techniques, the Joint Commission recommendations for restraint application, and experience in the application of mechanical restraints.<br>Must have knowledge in the mental health nursing process, individual and family dynamics in health and during illness; individual and group modalities; theories of personality development, human behavior, psychopathology, diagnosis, Bchemotherapy, psychotherapies, and physiological response to alcohol and drug abuse withdrawal.</p><p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>-Must be U.S. citizen</p><p>-BLS current</p><p>-The RN shall have at least one (1) year of full-time bedside experience within the last five (5) years working as an RN in a Mental Health Unit.</p><p style=\"text-align:center;\"><strong>Apply today and start on the path towards the exciting and fulfilling career you always hoped for! </strong></p><p></p><p style=\"text-align:center;\"></p>",
