    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement quality control systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and monitor quality performance across the organization.</li>\n <li>Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address them.</li>\n <li>Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.</li>\n <li>Lead internal and external quality audits and certifications, including ISO and other relevant certifications.</li>\n <li>Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.</li>\n <li>Investigate customer complaints and warranty claims, and work with the appropriate teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.</li>\n <li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management in the HVAC industry.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Job Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum number of 8-10 years of experience in Quality.</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).</li>\n <li>Experience with HVAC and coil manufacturing processes.</li>\n <li>Experience with quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify root causes of quality issues.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification is preferred.</li>\n <li>Additional certifications related to quality management, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO 9001, are a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>No Special Physical Requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>No environmental demands</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>TRAVEL TIME REQUIRED&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>15%</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At Vertiv, we offer the stability of a global leader in a growing industry <i>and&nbsp;</i>the opportunity of a startup.
